عدالت کا فیصلہ
عدالت میں حضرت علیؓ نے قاضی کے سامنے اپنے گھوڑے کی ملکیت کا دعویٰ پیش کیا۔ قاضی نے دونوں طرف کے دلائل سنے اور پھر حضرت علیؓ سے پوچھا کہ کیا آپ کے پاس کوئی گواہ ہے جو اس بات کی تصدیق کر سکے کہ گھوڑا آپ کا ہے؟ حضرت علیؓ کے پاس کوئی گواہ موجود نہیں تھا۔ اسلامی قانون کے مطابق، قاضی نے فیصلہ دیا کہ چونکہ حضرت علیؓ کے پاس کوئی گواہ نہیں ہے، اس لئے گھوڑا اس شخص کا تسلیم کیا جائے گا۔
